The ticket experience was great via headout app but, while taking the tickets via booking, there it showed to me that only kids above 13 years will pay, i took 3 tickets instead of 4 and while onboarding, I had to explain the situation and buy a New ticket for 10 years kid. Everything was just right, no sense of taxis or other vehicles. Correct, punctual. In about 20 minutes we got to Termini from Ciampino , same in the other direction. On the way back I picked up tickets from a grocery store , inside the station. There was a banner , that they sell tickets on the spot. I recommend !
