For the first time I purchased the Omnia Card and Roma pass package, once you understand where you can book the various museum admissions, the road is all downhill. Very kind at the ORP point where the cards are activated, they gave us great advice.

The card is very convenient to have, both for transportation and for some museums the only flaw is that for kids ( despite having purchased an omnia carde roma pass) free transportation is not included. So for my son I had to pay for all transportation...if the price is halved for age it should cmq have the same services as the one for adults

I did not know the company, I found it by chance because I could not get the Omnia Rome cards until I found Headout, they sent me the cards a week before the trip and I was able to organize all the important visits in Rome and the Vatican. I recommend going to the pick up point in St. Peter's Square, the girl who took care of us was very professional and made everything very clear. Thank you very much for the experience, best regards.

Everything worked fine apart from Vatican skip the line. There was only one queue for all ticket types on the day we went.
That's definetely not a good deal for my son, and I regret that it was impossible to get access to San Petro without waiting hours (if not the entire day ? This weekend was crazy). Hopefully a warm thank you to your assistance team and especially the kind lady at Latran complex who managed to arrange our entrance at Vatican Museum one hour earlier on saturday - that saved the program (allowed to visit Colosseum at the booked time). Thanks to her !
Very practical "all-in-one" cards. On the other hand, it was difficult to find the office where you could pick up your card; what's more, the first location suggested on the website is no longer valid for this purpose. What's more, the Rome marathon was not signposted and was blocking streets, so we wasted 1/2 a day looking for you... After reception and everything else ok...

Very uniqe idea for short term visitors, allowing to use puplic transport, most of attractions with skip the line. Idea holders deservse big appalauce!
I loved how easy it was to use. Also, we were only able to get tickets to the coliseum because of the Roma Pass. Al the tours and tickets were sold out however the coliseum official website reserves a certain amount for Roma Pass members and release them the day of. We used the Roma Pass for the bus, metro, and sites.
We had big problem to change physical ticket via finging tourist i formatoon site at Roma Termini. It moved to Colosseum 5 years ago without exact notification to worldwide tourlists. Take this issues to headquarter in Rome. Bye.
We loved how easy it was to collect the passes. What's more, it's extremely practical as it includes one or two free visits (depending on whether it's a 48-hour or 72-hour pass) and free public transport (apart from the airport-train station link). No queuing, no stress ....

J'ai eu de la difficulté à trouver l'endroit où faire activer ma carte et elle ne fonctionnait pas dans le bus. Cependant, on nous laissait passer sans problème. Merci.

We were very pleased with our purchase of the Roma Pass, everything went according to plan, from picking up the cards at Castel S'Angelo to all the routes we took in the 72 hours!

Easy access to public transport. Accessibility to museums and 3d experience at the massimo circuit, caracalla and colisseee terms. In short, the Roma pass was a great way to save money.

Nothing to say about the visits we made. On the other hand, yesterday, Monday, May 6, there was a strike on the A metro and no replacement buses, which meant that we were heavily penalised for the journeys we had planned...

The point where you can change/take your ticket was not clearly described in the description. An E-Mail concerning this question was not answered.
Wonderful! Using public transport was completely problem-free. There were also no problems with the RomaPass at the museums and archaeological sites. Highly recommended.

Didn't have to stand in the line for tickets. Although collecting the tickets from specific locations in the city was a little problematic.
COLOSSEUM , AND OF COURSE THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK OF COLOSSEUM.

No long waits anywhere, public transportation easy

Free transport for a three days, free entrance to the sights
Easy to use and the two free ticket activities. Only drawback is the limited locations to pickup card.
A great service with a fair cost in my opinion. Then to have two free and two reduced museums is no small thing.

Yes, the truth is that the pass card is very good

We were glad that we had it. We saved a lot of money and skipped every line with it.
To be able to book activities remotely, all you have to do is arrive on site and you're ready to go.
