The app is super good and the changing time possibility was very useful, as our flight was rescheduled a few times during the day...
It was easy and smooth. The train run on time and arrived on time. No transfer and straight to main train station in Rome. Less expensive than taxi which is awesome. I will definitely recommend

Unfortunately our flight to Rome was delayed by 3 hours and we could not take the booked slot.As we had already checked in we could not change the booking but bought tickets on arrival at airport for a very smooth transfer into Termini
The frequency and punctuality of the trains. The ease of access and signage, especially at the airport, whereas at the station the Leonardo express isn't precisely signposted...you have to ask around to find the platform, and the tickets on the smartphone don't go through the terminal, so I had to ask an agent to validate my passage. Apart from these 2 setbacks, everything went smoothly. Good value for money. I recommend this transpot shuttle.

The train was great. I found the check in part confusing, though, because it gives the impression that I had to check in online AND redeem the ticket which wasn't the case. I was running around trying to find a redemption point when all I had to do was get on the train.
The service helped in the sense that I didn't need to queue for tickets. However, the internet connection at the airport was poor and I only received the e-tickets just prior to the train departing.
I booked tickets for the Leonardo Express from Roma Termini to Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci) via headout.com. The booking and payment via Paypal also worked well. Unfortunately, no tickets were sent by email afterwards. The Headout app only showed that the tickets had been paid for. As we didn't have time to wait for the tickets, we had to board the train without valid tickets. The tickets only arrived by email 1 1/2 hours after the paid(!) order. If you're in a hurry, it's better to buy your tickets at the ticket counter in the station. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hours

The tickets did not arrive after 30 minuts. The warnings about when and how to use the Leonardo Express tickets where not clear. So arriving at Termini the train departure costed a 50 euro fine for both of use.
I had a lot of problems installing the app on site and getting the tickets displayed as a PDF. The time pressure is enormous, as you can only take the train you have booked.

Booking was simpl and the train service is quick and easy. We did struggle with the point that we checked in after getting the ticket then we came early to train station and were unable to change departure time as we were already checked in. Otherwise it was all quick, nice and easy.
When we arrived at the airport we were running late and the woman at the gate went out of her way to help us get new tickets and guide us to the correct train.
No hassle to get on board got to the airport headed straight to look for the train and onboard right away didn't have to buy it there which saves time also if you need to make a time change due to flight delay you can very easy and convenient

amazing museum, unique!!!! However, it is a pity that the museum does not have the recorded guided tours in Greek, even though Greeks visit the museum every day!!!!

I reached the meeting point just in time, due to a flight delay, but I was lucky, the group had not yet left.I was escorted to the entrance of the Vatican Museums (just 5 minutes) by a very kind and friendly person and we entered immediately. My visit was without a guide, but I had all the necessary guidance on how to handle my entry. EXCELLENT experience
View original review in Italian
We didn't have to wait, we went straight in, which was great, we weren't bothered by the crowds and it's a wonderful site. We didn't get to see everything
View original review in French
The entrance process was chaotic and the suppport team members gave conflicting advice. We found no guide for ourselves. Instead, we roamed around on our own, using audioguide, and that was memorable.
Our gide was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. We love that it wasn't as crowded as we heard it usually is. We wish that we didn't have to rush throughout the museum but totally understand that there is no enough time.
Avoid queues, about the guide I can't say anything because he left at the door, maybe it would be better if the guide stays during the visit.
View original review in Spanish
It was a nice experience. However, the provided map was not the best. I saw the material provided by other agencies and they were better. In addition, they recieved extra information and tips. For instance, suggestions like visiting other exhibitions like the Vatican's car hall could be useful. I mean, a little more of interaction with the costumers will help a lot.
It didn't avoid the queue, but it met expectations. Visiting the Museum and the Sistine Chapel is always a culturally valuable experience
View original review in Portuguese
What struck me the most is the quantity of pieces and the quality of the masterpieces, without a doubt the best is the Sistine Chapel. I thought that when I bought the ticket, all I had to do was stand in line. I had not contemplated the time it would take me to go to the office across the street to validate the entrance and then cross the line and wait for the entrance.
View original review in Spanish
The museum is great, the process to enter very good, but I never had clear information about what was included, I would have liked to have a guide to explain about the place, because we did the tour alone. Possibly because it was the option I bought and I didn't realize it.
View original review in Spanish
The guide was very helpful and friendly. The time of entry was just right, as we didn't have to wait in queues and the guide took us to the right place with ease, explaining everything we needed to know.

Everything as booked. Nice guide , who could tell fun and knew a lot. Nice to be able to walk along the rows like this. Without a guide you wouldn't know how to walk.

I'm an artist, so visiting the impressive Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel was "a must!" It was a beautiful experience, and the Headout people were very helpful, friendly, and informative, about meeting location and time. I didn't have to wait in long lines. But be prepared to walk LONG distances, within the path of halls and galleries, with lots of other visitors, and without options to shorten your visit, if you become very tired. This was the Museum's method of "crowd control" and not Headout's.
The Headout service was great. However our experience was not good due to the fact that it was extremely crowded which didn't allow was to admire and appreciate all the art history and beauty.
Skip the line tickets guarantee entry at a specific time only. Museums have so many beautiful artefacts that it's quite overwhelming. Museums were very busy... can't imagine what it must be like in summer
The artwork was amazing. A bit crowded. Two in our party are now sick. There needs to be seats to rest in the main hall. A few directional arrows would be nice.
The exhibition in the museum is superb. Definitely worth visiting. Well arranged well organized. Not to miss. Essential once in Rome.
The visit was good but I would say the time that Headout suggestedb it should take to get round the Vatican was not nearly long enough. We didnt get to see everything and didnt make it to st peters
I did the Vatican museum with an audio guide. That way you still get to know a lot and you can see everything at your own pace . With my "skip the line" ticket I was inside within 2 minutes. In this museum you are mainly short of eyes.
View original review in Dutch
I picked up my ticket right in front of the entrance, the line there was moving fast, everything went well, the museum beautiful, the sistine chapel a dream.
View original review in Spanish
Finally after 70 years I got to see the Masterpieces of the Sistine Chapel. I also loved seeing the different forms of art through the millenia. The most overwhelming part of the visit was the great crowd that filled the hallways and rooms of the museum.
the organisation was perfect. We scipped the line and there was nearly nothing to wait, standing in a row. But I can not recommend to visit the museum - on the way to the the sixtinische Kappelle (s. photo) we were treated to move on - avanti, avanti... not really the way to look at art. There are too many people who wants to see the exponates. If you just want to have been there, it´s ok - if you expect to get touched by the pieces of art, then you will be dissapointed

The Colosseum is a unique monument. It was a feat of engineering, but more importantly it helps one experience how brutally different humanity was before Christianity gave us the values we cherish today.

Easy access, free ticket collection for my 6-year-old daughter inside. Spectacular visit. A visit to the arena is a must. Audioguide to the Colosseum not essential, as very brief. We didn't visit the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum because my daughter was tired. We could have come back the next day, as the ticket is valid for 24 hours, but we had other plans.

Audio guide directly through the app (and also in different languages like dutch). You get your tickets immediately via the app and don't have to pick them up somewhere else. Only skip the line tickets for the colosseum. For forum romanum (including palatine) still waiting to enter (+- 1h waiting time). So be sure to plan for a full day to visit everything and keep this in mind when booking your starting time for the colosseum.

It was good that we didn't have to wait in line to get in.... They should have someone to support people when they arrive at the Coliseum, for example in our case we had a minor under 18 and they don't explain anything about what to do for the entrance of the minor.

You can't come to Rome without visiting the Colosseum. We loved it. Especially Mount Palatine and the Roman Forum; many museums, all very beautiful.
View original review in French
These monuments are absolutely breathtaking. We did use a bit of the app for explanations, but we could not get them on all our devices as they needed to be online (maybe something to upgrade?)
Colosseum as expected was busy. But worth seeing , got the free child ticket from the kiosk in front of the Forum when presenting my pre booked ticket. Forum and pallentine hill done day after on same ticket. Grounds are massive so leave enough time. Plenty of free water fountains to refil water bottles.
The Colosseum is fantastic and imposing, and you can experience being in the arena where so many historic fights took place. It chills you and moves you. Spectacular.

Using Headout to book tickets for the Colosseum was a seamless experience. The ticket purchase process was straightforward, and I received the e-tickets via email immediately after payment. I printed them out and arrived 15 minutes early, as advised. Remember to bring an ID for each ticket holder, except for children. The best part was skipping the long lines, allowing for a smooth entry into the Colosseum. Overall, I highly recommend Headout for its efficiency and convenience in securing tickets for popular attractions.
This nonguided tour to Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum was the absolute highlight of my trip to Rome. Although weather (35 degree C) was not good for walking tours I have experienced all these monuments and building what was icons of powerfull Romanian Empire. In the Colosseum and ruins I felt antique times.

Easy to access meeting point and helpful host gave us all the information we needed. Friendy staff at bag drop off. Able to choose how long/ short a time in each room. The more modern installations were a surprise. Information boards told us just enough without being long-winded. Restaurant a bit pricey, but much quieter than cafeteria, though portions a bit on large side for smaller appetites. Pleasant staff there too
Todo muy bien organizado, puntualidad, todas las explicaciones necesarias, fácil comunicación por whats-up, muy amables… Totalmente recomendado
Visiting the Borghese is wonderful. The experience with Headout was not quite wonderful. My admission time was changed twice. That was inconvenient, especially because I had a reservation at the Vatican Museums later. It worked out ok but I didn't understand why a 'confirmed reservation' was changed.

The museum and its works are beautiful, and I had no problem getting my tickets to enter. But, if I find it in bad taste that the second floor of the gallery is closed for remodeling and you have to pay an additional 5 euros to see the rest, totaling 40 euros. You know about this situation, and the fact of not warning and not including the other museum is what I thought could have made it better, finally I paid almost triple the cost of the normal ticket for half of the museum.

I'm highly recommend and I booked one day tour in Rome and took me around all the iconic places in Rome with very reasonable price and every 15 minutes they have a bus aswell as they have representatives in most of the stops to help you out.
A great thing that saves a lot of walking. All the main things are easy to see and even more interesting with the audio information. We initially traveled the entire route, which gave us the opportunity to decide where we wanted to get off and see something. The friendly service on the bus was great - you also get the headphones for the audio information.

Fairly easy to find the joining point (open-top city bus tour) but being Rome the city centre was absolutely gridlocked with private cars, so lots of time in stationary traffic in nondescript streets. That said, an easy way to see many of the main heritage sites.
In some seats you could not hear well. Constant interference. The buses should be more conditioned to the summer heat.

The tour bus was accessible and easy to access all day. The site information was relevant. It was also a relief to get on the bus in between sites in order to get a breather and a rest.
Didn't have to wait too long in between buses. Always space to sit, informative. Could be longer with more information about the sites.
Tickets were very quick and easy to book. Just needed to get the Metro to the pickup point. Once on board air conditioning was very welcome. Information left us completely gobsmacked at all the history that intertwines with the present day. The tour guides were excellent and attentive. A very good experience.
My wife, daughter and I found the experience excellent. We always book bus tours in every city. Just not in Venice ... kkkk.

The trains ran on time and the staff on the trains and at the boarding areas were friendly and helpful.

Uncomplicated solution to get from the airport to the main station without traffic jams. And absolutely on time! Dear DB, that's how it works... It's not necessarily advisable to be the last to board, then it's easier to stow your luggage. We would take the Leonardo Express again and again. Reinhard

The train runs frequently and it's great to travel without stopping, because you have the feeling of arriving. The trains were pleasantly tempered and clean.

The app is super good and the changing time possibility was very useful, as our flight was rescheduled a few times during the day...
It was easy and smooth. The train run on time and arrived on time. No transfer and straight to main train station in Rome. Less expensive than taxi which is awesome. I will definitely recommend
It was easy to use, although I initially had trouble accessing the link with the QR codes. But after contacting you, you quickly sent me the direct links.

I'm annoyed by these inquiry emails. Well, I had booked simple transportation by public transport and that worked. That should be normal and therefore ok. No more - no less. From now on, please leave me alone with the follow-up emails. Thank you.

On time and clean. A bit crowded, not everyone had a seat, but it couldn't be quicker. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fast and unproblematic transfer. The train from the airport to Rome was overcrowded but everything worked perfectly. The return journey was very relaxed.

We were able to change the departure time simply by making our request to the conductor. On time and fast

Leonardo is perfect for airport to train station!! Also assistance was great! I had to change ticket front desk lady help me with perfect timing!! Thank you! Recommended 100%
It departs on time. It is advisable to be there with enough time. The reservation through this application is very simple and facilitates the purchase of tickets.
