Only realized later that we should have "looked" for Terravision on the display board. Asked at another stop and he sent us to stop 12, which would have been 17. No big deal, it was our mistake. We just stood in the wrong place for a while. Confident of victory, without looking again. Just joined the queue at the back. Then chaos on the roads I felt really sorry for the bus driver. At the hotel, we were told that the bus and metro were on strike. Nothing worked anymore. So we were allowed to get off 2 km earlier. I wanted to tip the bus driver, but it was too hectic. For everyone. But otherwise always happy to return. I would definitely book it again on my next trip. In retrospect, totally easy... Incidentally, Google maps didn't know the stop either 🤣🤣

The smooth transfer was perfect: at Terminal 3 of Fumicino, the bus stops are numbered by provider, so that the Terravision bus could be found immediately. The bus was waiting at the designated stop, a quick scan of the QR code, suitcases quickly packed, boarded and off to Termini station. The bus was air-conditioned and did a very good job. Three quarters of an hour later we were there. I would do it again - highly recommended!

The ease of access and signage, especially at the airport, whereas at the station the Leonardo express isn't precisely signposted...you have to ask around to find the platform, and the tickets on the smartphone don't go through the terminal, so I had to ask an agent to validate my passage. I booked tickets for the Leonardo Express from Roma Termini to Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci) via headout.com. The booking and payment via Paypal also worked well. Unfortunately, no tickets were sent by email afterwards. The Headout app only showed that the tickets had been paid for. As we didn't have time to wait for the tickets, we had to board the train without valid tickets. The tickets only arrived by email 1 1/2 hours after the paid(!) order. If you're in a hurry, it's better to buy your tickets at the ticket counter in the station. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hours

The ticket experience was great via headout app but, while taking the tickets via booking, there it showed to me that only kids above 13 years will pay, i took 3 tickets instead of 4 and while onboarding, I had to explain the situation and buy a New ticket for 10 years kid. The frequency and punctuality of the trains. The ease of access and signage, especially at the airport, whereas at the station the Leonardo express isn't precisely signposted...you have to ask around to find the platform, and the tickets on the smartphone don't go through the terminal, so I had to ask an agent to validate my passage. Apart from these 2 setbacks, everything went smoothly. Good value for money. I recommend this transpot shuttle.

The train was great. I found the check in part confusing,though, because it gives the impression that I had to check in online AND redeem the ticket which wasn't the case. I was running around trying to find a redemption point when all I had to do was get on the train.

I booked tickets for the Leonardo Express from Roma Termini to Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci) via headout.com. The booking and payment via Paypal also worked well. Unfortunately, no tickets were sent by email afterwards. The Headout app only showed that the tickets had been paid for. As we didn't have time to wait for the tickets, we had to board the train without valid tickets. The tickets only arrived by email 1 1/2 hours after the paid(!) order. If you're in a hurry, it's better to buy your tickets at the ticket counter in the station. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hours

Everything was just right, no sense of taxis or other vehicles. Correct, punctual. In about 20 minutes we got to Termini from Ciampino , same in the other direction. On the way back I picked up tickets from a grocery store , inside the station. There was a banner , that they sell tickets on the spot. I recommend !

Only realized later that we should have "looked" for Terravision on the display board. Asked at another stop and he sent us to stop 12, which would have been 17. No big deal, it was our mistake. The smooth transfer was perfect: at Terminal 3 of Fumicino, the bus stops are numbered by provider, so that the Terravision bus could be found immediately. The bus was waiting at the designated stop, a quick scan of the QR code, suitcases quickly packed, boarded and off to Termini station. The bus was air-conditioned and did a very good job. Three quarters of an hour later we were there. I would do it again - highly recommended!

The frequency and punctuality of the trains. The ease of access and signage, especially at the airport, whereas at the station the Leonardo express isn't precisely signposted...you have to ask around to find the platform, and the tickets on the smartphone don't go through the terminal, so I had to ask an agent to validate my passage. Apart from these 2 setbacks, everything went smoothly. Good value for money. I recommend this transpot shuttle.

The train was great. I found the check in part confusing,though, because it gives the impression that I had to check in online AND redeem the ticket which wasn't the case. I was running around trying to find a redemption point when all I had to do was get on the train.

I booked tickets for the Leonardo Express from Roma Termini to Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci) via headout.com. The booking and payment via Paypal also worked well. Unfortunately, no tickets were sent by email afterwards. The Headout app only showed that the tickets had been paid for. As we didn't have time to wait for the tickets, we had to board the train without valid tickets. The tickets only arrived by email 1 1/2 hours after the paid(!) order. If you're in a hurry, it's better to buy your tickets at the ticket counter in the station. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hours
